1. What categories of data does the product or service collect from me?

AGI SureTrack collects IoT telemetry from embedded devices on the farm or in grain handling facilities. Devices range from weather stations and wireless soil probes, to tractors, sprayers, planters, combines, to grain storage, grain handling, and grain conditioning.  

Additionally, growers can log their farm management practices and events inside of the system, to provide more of a reference to the rich IoT data that we collect for them.

2. Do the ATP’s agreements address ownership of my data after my data is transferred?

You own your data. We will only use your Data according to these Terms. Customers retain ownership of their data. They have the right to see what data we collect, as well as to ask us to delete the data we have collected.

3. If the ATP contracts with other companies to provide data related services, does the ATP require these companies to adhere to the ATP’s privacy policies with me?

AGI SureTrack holds all of our vendors to the same data standards as ourselves in order to provide a consistent customer experience and continued trust.

4. Will the ATP obtain my consent before providing other companies with access to my data?

AGI SureTrack will never share your Data with any third party unless specifically authorized by you.

AGI SureTrack may use and share Anonymous Data for any lawful business purpose in our sole discretion.  Although AGI SureTrack may disclose Anonymous Data on an anonymous, aggregated basis, we will use reasonable efforts to not disclose to any third party any of your Data in any manner which identifies you or your farm.

5. After I upload data to the ATP, will it be possible to retrieve my original complete dataset in an original or equivalent format?

You may obtain a copy of your Data from us at any time, but that Data does not include any Anonymous Data. Your Data will be in a format that is readable with a selected program and or browser.

6. Will the ATP notify me when its agreements change?

AGI SureTrack may change these Terms from time to time. By continuing to use the Site or the Service after AGI SureTrack posts any such changes, you accept the Terms, as modified. You can always find the current version of these Terms by checking https://my.suretrackfarm.com/legal.  If we make any changes to Section 5 Information and Privacy, we will inform you by email or upon log in.

7. Will the ATP notify me if a breach of data security occurs that causes disclosure of my data to an outside party?

We will protect your Data pursuant to commercially reasonable standards for information technology companies in the agricultural field.  If your Data is used or disclosed contrary to these Terms, we will comply with all legal requirements that arise as a result. This includes contacting you about the disclosure.

8. Upon my request, can my original dataset be deleted when my contract with the ATP terminates?

You may request that we delete your data upon termination. We are entitled to remove and destroy your Data upon request, and we shall destroy your Personal Information, ninety (90) days after the AGI SureTrack Services terminate.

9. Do the ATP’s agreements establish how long my original datasets will be retained?

While subscribed, we retain all your data. After you unsubscribe, your data expires after two years.

10. Do the ATP’s agreements address what happens to my data if the ATP is sold to another company?

If AGI SureTrack is sold to another company, we would ask that the purchasing company adhere to and carry on with the data privacy and use conditions set by AGI SureTrack.
